i've decided all happy news should be shared via hug whispers.
you know, when they come in for the big embrace, lean in next to your ear, and share a delicious tidbit of joy.
maybe it was because i was wearing a yellow dress.
maybe because i'm short, and i have bangs and i leave an air of happiness.
maybe she loves my sister so much she already has decided to love me.
or maybe, and this is my secret wish, it's because she thinks i make a good match for her son.
whatever her reason
she decided to hug whisper to me,
"you are the sunshine of my life!"
and i've been in a happy haze ever since.
